No. Adobe Acrobat only places black redaction boxes and works document by document. Box16 is purpose-built for CMR waybills: it recognizes the right boxes automatically, fills them with your own branding and processes entire batches in seconds. For neutralizing CMRs, it replaces Adobe entirely.

Yes. Box16 handles born-digital PDFs, scanned documents and phone photos. The image is automatically straightened and rotated before detection runs. If the automatic detection is unsure on a tricky scan, you can correct the boxes yourself in a couple of clicks in the editor.

One processed document counts as one CMR, whether you upload it on its own or as part of a bulk batch. A multi-page waybill is counted per document, not per page. Re-checking or updating a document you have already processed doesn't cost an extra CMR. Your current usage and remaining CMRs are visible in your dashboard at any time.

Nothing disruptive: you keep processing without interruption. CMRs above your monthly bundle are billed afterwards at your plan's overage rate (from €0.20 per additional CMR on Enterprise). You never pay for volume you don't use, and you're never left stuck. If you consistently need more, moving up to a larger plan is usually the cheaper option.
